This command causes the controller to do a software reset. A software reset reinitializes all variables back to their pre-assigned values.

RESET is usually a '' Broadcast command'' but can be used as a
Card-Addressed Commandas well. When addressed to a specific card, it resets that card and then the Comm card (required to communicate with the reset card) without affecting other installed cards.
